Richard Barker was appointed as a full-time member of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) in June 2022, effective 8 July 2022. Before joining the ISSB, he served as deputy dean and professor of accounting at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK. In this capacity, he led Oxford Saïd’s sustainable business initiatives. He has published a wide range of academic research papers on accounting and sustainability disclosures. He has chaired the expert panel of Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) and served as a member of several committees and bodies focused on corporate reporting in the UK and Europe, including the UK Corporate Reporting Council (UK accounting standard-setter), the Financial Reporting Advisory Board and the European Accounting Association’s Accounting Standards Committee.

Harold is a driving force behind the development of the GRI Global Sustainability Reporting Standards. With a passion for transparency, he has led the charge in enabling organizations to openly communicate their economic, environmental, and social impacts. Through a collaborative multi-stakeholder approach, he has pioneered a framework that not only highlights these impacts but also underscores his commitment to the reduction of carbon emissions.

As Director of CDP’s Sustainable Finance Program, James works with global financial institutions, large corporates and supply chains to leverage innovative financing solutions to drive impactful environmental disclosure. Prior to this, James led the UK and Worldwide Supply Chain team at CDP, working with global organisations to engage their supply chains. James has a background in international development, working in India and Africa to measure, manage, and understand the synergies between social and environmental risks, with a particular focus on tropical agricultural value chains.

Yogesh is an accomplished ACCA member and Chartered Accountant with a distinguished track record, including winning the Global Prize in September 2020. A dedicated fintech enthusiast and robotics developer, I possess 14 years of extensive global experience across developed and emerging markets within multinational organizations. His expertise spans Controls, Financial Planning, Project Management, Shared Services, Commercial Operations, Internal Auditing (SOX & COSO), Financial Reporting (US GAAP), Hyperion, Financial Analysis, People Leadership, Business Strategy, Transformation, Statutory Compliance, and SAP – SD implementation.

Colin Seward is an IT Leader in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and global lead for the Cisco on Cisco Program, leading work around Sustainability in IT. As a member of the Cisco UK and Ireland Board Colin also advises on various industry forums. Colin joined Cisco in April 2000 and during his career at Cisco he has been the IT Service Owner for several different IT functions including Network Services, End User Computing, Communication and Collaboration, Cloud Productivity Applications and Application Development.

Helle has leadership experience since 2009 in: Strategic Planning and implementation, Change Management, Corporate Governance, Operational Excellence, Executive Advisory, Project Portfolio Steering and Project Management, Regulatory Analysis, and leading major corporate business initiatives whilst working with Sustainability, Environmental Management, Health and Safety, Supply chain ethics, Public Affairs and Risk Management in the Energy sector. Experienced in stakeholder management and European Union lobbying activities, Helle’s particular focus is on relations with politicians, NGOs, investors, customers, and peers. Helle holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering, she acts as a strategic and environmental advisor in both national and international steering committees, project groups, and governmental initiatives.

Geraldine is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong background in sustainability business engagement, specifically focusing on water and climate agendas. With over 10 years of expertise in this field, she brings valuable insights to a wide variety of sustainability focussed subjects. Her academic education at Cambridge University further enhances a strong knowledge and ability to address pressing environmental challenges. She is  a impassioned about driving positive change and creating sustainable solutions, making a significant impact in the field of sustainability, and driving sustainable actions.

Eliza is the Head of Environmental, Social, and Governance Performance (ESG) at the EDF Group's Impact Department. My responsibilities include overseeing ESG data, current and future ESG reporting (NFRD and CSRD), and managing relations with non-financial rating agencies and socially responsible investors. I collaborate with the Finance Department to develop sustainable financing tools, such as green and social bonds, taxonomy, and impact credit lines.
Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Groupe Support Services (G2S), an EDF Group subsidiary, where she co-led finance and CSR efforts. During her time there, she established the subsidiary's Board of Directors, chaired the CSE and CHSCT, and implemented profit-sharing and social agreements, including those on remote work and employing senior employees on fixed-term contracts.and led transformations to ensure a fair and inclusive transition.
