Harald is fascinated by the speed and hands-on mentality of the FMCG industry. Being responsible for the supply chain in this industry is a real passion for him. Since 2015, he has been building a real-time supply chain at Beiersdorf, adding value to the business and increasing resilience and agility – in a nutshell, creating a competitive advantage. Prior to joining Beiersdorf as a member of the Executive Committee, Haraldheld a variety of supply chain leadership roles with Unilever and Mars Inc. – living and working in five different countries in three world regions.
