Dr. Dirk Holbach , with almost 25 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing and Sales, Dr. Holbach has held various roles on a local, regional and global level at Henkel in the different business areas. After finishing his master degree he started 1996 in Corporate Purchasing followed by assignments in Germany. Having finished his Ph.D. during a sabbatical period he moved 2002 to Mexico integrating two newly acquired businesses. Thereafter he returned to the headquarter being in charge of global purchasing for the Laundry & Home Care business for several years until 2007. Dr. Holbach took over thereafter the global supply chain steering for the Laundry & Home Care business, and few years later the global responsibility for manufacturing operations. Since 2014 he successfully leads the entire Supply Chain & Operations unit for the Laundry & Home care division.

In 2021, Wolfgang joined the Henkel Board Team, taking over the responsibility for Henkel’s Beauty Care business. In 2022, he took over the leadership of the two merged business units “Beauty Care” and “Laundry & Home Care” under the roof of “Henkel Consumer Brands” and is currently managing the business transformation.
For nearly 30 years, Wolfgang has been working in the FMCG industry, including beauty care, home care and various food categories across 4 global consumer good companies. He is a global citizen who had the opportunity to gain experience in both mature and emerging markets. Close to half of his professional career he spent living and working in the United States.

Starting in 2018 as Digital Engineering Manager, Marco took over responsibility for digital activities in the HCB plant in Düsseldorf-Holthausen. In 2020 he became Head of Production for liquid detergents and cleaners in a newly established production cell. Since 2022 he is responsible for the automatic dishwashing production in Holthausen.
