Before Spotos, Šarūnas held leadership roles in a fintech company and Europe's largest heavy asset-based transportation business. Also, he has extensive experience in advising tech companies. Besides, Šarūnas has a very decorated academic background. He studied at recognised universities such as Stanford, Norwegian BI, ISM and Vilnius University.
While building Spotos, Šarūnas aims to revolutionize the old-school logistics industry. He believes that Spotos adds colossal value to transport companies through automation. Radical digitalisation eliminates human presence from inefficient processes and saves costs significantly. Also, his vision was to enrich the platform not only with data science but AI/ML as well.
